As we approach the one year anniversary of Chile’s social uprising that occurred last October following massive protests and military intervention, tensions are rising again in anticipation of the upcoming constitutional referendum vote in which Chileans will vote to determine if and how a new constitution will be drafted.
This vote will be the first of many steps towards change for current and future generations alike moving forward in a country that has experienced so much politically and socially in the last half-century.
